Tag features perforated section that can be torn off.
Two-part tags provide enhanced control and record-keeping. Stub is removed when tag is attached to a
lockout point. Only the employee in possession of the stub has the authority to remove the tag.
After the job is done, stub is returned to management for verification and
monitoring of lockout and tagout activity in the plant.
These Tags can be customised as per the customer’s request.
Sheet Thickness: 0.5 / 0.7 (mm) (0.7 mm are tear proof tags.)
