- Used to lockout multiple electrical panel buttons and switches which do not have any in-built lockout
provision. - Used to lockout most of the universal type push / mushroom panel buttons and switches with levers.
- Made up of 2 piece - base plate attached directly to the panel and the cover to lockout.
- The base plate can be attach through riveting / bolting /super strong adhesive backing.
- Material: Polycarbonate.
