- Used to lockout most of the universal type push / mushroom panel buttons and switches with levers.
- Made up of 2 piece – base plate attached directly to the panel and the cover to lockout.
- The base plate can be attached through riveting / bolting /super strong adhesive backing.
- Material: polycarbonate.
